About Al Maali
At Al Maali United Law Firm, Legal Consultations and Notarization, we provide comprehensive legal services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. Our work begins with understanding each client’s needs and reviewing the facts and documents, and extends to legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing pleadings and memoranda, representation before courts and competent authorities, and following procedures through to completion.
Our team combines legal experience with specialized knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations. We are committed to accuracy, confidentiality, understanding each client’s needs, and providing practical legal solutions suited to each case or matter.
Leadership with judicial and regulatory experience
The firm is headed by lawyer Dr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Yahya, who holds a PhD in Regulations and Private Law from King Khalid University. He spent more than 25 years in the Public Prosecution, during which he headed the Financial Prosecution at its headquarters in Riyadh, and then directed investigations in the Governance, Risk and Compliance Department at the Ministry of Finance. He works with a team that includes a former judge, consultants with doctorates in jurisprudence and regulations, and specialists in governance, intellectual property and financial markets.
